Download a Pre-Process Payroll Register

Download a PDF version of your payroll register to get approval from other people in your company or to review the payroll register in more detail.

Click the Run Payroll tab in the left navigation menu
Adjust hours, salaries, and earnings
1. Enter employees’ regular hours and/or salaries
2. Click Additional Earnings to add overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, commissions, and other earnings
Click Save & Continue
On the Review and Submit page, click Pre-Process Download located below the payroll table.
